Tip the scales with the biggest giant fruit you can grow! The 2024 Wild & Wonderful Weigh Off is here to settle the score for the biggest pumpkin in the land.

Crank up the Farmall Cub, John Deere M, or the old 30 Ferguson and 8N, we’re gonna have a tractor show! Arrival opens at 8:00 AM to unload and stage and then registration begins at 9:00 AM and the fee of $10 per exhibitor will be donated to the Nicholas County FFA.

The 2024 Craigsville Fall Festival Fireman’s Parade hosted by the Craigsville Fire Dept. Join us as we honor and celebrate the service personnel that are there for us in some of our worst times and always ready to lend a helping hand. There will be candy from the adults on the firetrucks, and the Fire Dept has organized the beginning of the parade route as a silent, no siren parade for those of us who are sensitive to loud noises. From the Theater to Singleton’s Auto, it’s just lights. After Singleton’s to the intersection, there will be sirens, so plan your parade spot and get there in time to be front row for either a lot of noise or just a little bit.

Bring the Kids for fun and games before the Fireman’s Parade

Bring out Grannie’s best recipe or your favorite that you’ve mastered and see how you measure up to the local competition. The 2024 Craigsville Fall Festival Apple Pie Contest hosted by First Community Bank, will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024! Apple Pies can be dropped off at First Community Bank in Craigsville from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Judging will take place at 3:00 PM and pies should be picked up before the bank closes at 6:00 PM.

Here are the prizes:

1st Prize - $75.00

2nd Prize - $50.00

3rd Prize - $25.00

Strut your stuff live on the stage in front of your grandma and everyone! The Fall Festival Star Search Talent Show is your chance to show us all what you got. General Admission, $2 at the door.

1st place in each Division will receive $20

2nd and 3rd place in each Division will receive Ribbons
